There are three marriages for Peter Holford on FindMyPast.  One in 1973 in Wellington, Salop is too early for him as he would have only been 15 then.  The next is 1982 in Cannock Chase has him at 24 and looks like him.  The third is in Oldham, Lancs in 1986 when he was 28.  Cannock Chase where he seems to have lived is the more likely and I am going for that.
