Again more information is needed.

From his death registration, his birth was in April 1925, so which of the above two in 1925 was his?  Was he born in Taunton or in Newport?  The details of the registration date may eliminate one of these.

The Taunton birth was registered in Q3, the Newport birth was registered in Q2.  The actual birth was in April.  So either registration could have been his, though the Q3 might have been a little late.  I suspect the Q2 registration is more likely so will probably order that.

So, assuming his birth date given at death is correct, this 1939 Register gives his parents.  It saves the price of a birth certificate.  His father was born in East Dean, Glos then, by the age of 17, had moved to Wales and become a miner.  He then married, lived, worked and finally died in Wales, as did his wife.  So Kenneth was born in Wales, not the Taunton I originally hazarded.
