Married and had issue.
The London Visitation pedigrees has a Peter Phesant, one of the Judges of the Common Pleas, who had a dau Margaret who m. at St Chriustopher le Stocks on 21 Oct 1645 as his first wife, Christopher Goodfellow, a Judge. (p. 69).
The above Peter is found in the Lincs pedigrees, but these show the son of Jasper to be Peter Phesant of Barkwith who entered Grays Inn in 1561 and was a reader there in 1582 and had a son Peter who was indeed that Justice of Commone Pleas.
