P.C.C. 17 Bird

I give the lease of my house in the parish of St Helens in Worcester to my wife Elizabeth for the term of years to come and after her decease to John SLANEY my eldest son.
I give the lease of my cottage and lands in Sherlet co.Salop now held by JOHN WILDE esquire to my son [blank but presumably JOHN SLANEY]
To my sons STEPHEN SLANEY, RICHARD SLANEY & WILLIAM SLANEY £150 each at their respective ages of 21.
To ELIZABETH my daughter £200 at the age of 13 years
To my uncles Mr John SLANEY and HUMFREY SLANEY MrCHANTS [might be "merchants"?] & JOANE his wife 20/- each to make them rings
To my father-in-law Mr JOHN TOMKINS & to my brother RICHARD SLANEY merchant [what did I say!] and to each of their wives 20/- each to make them rings.
To my brothers JOHN SLANEY & MOSES SLANEY and to my sister MARY CASWALL 10/- to make them rings.
To the poor of St Ellens [Helen's?] parish in Worcester 20/-
To my wife ELIZABETH £100
The residue of my estate I give to my said wife and JOHN SLANEY my eldest sone equally and I make them executors.
If my said wife should marry again then she to give security by bond to my brother RICHARD SLANEY and JOHN CARWARDINE of the city of Worcester, Clothier, for the performance of my will.
Overseers my father-in-law Mr JOHN TOMKINS and JOHN CARWARDINE.
