Of a tenement called the Town House in Newtown, and several closes of land comprising Gore, Gladhouse, Jessops and a parcel of ground exchanged with William Meux, Esq., decd., for a parcel of Town Land called Shorts, which premises are in occ. of Thomas Holbrooke, for the lives of Louisa Edith Barrington (aged 7), Jane Barrington (aged 4), and Julia Barrington (aged 2), daughters of FitzWilliams Barrington, Esq.
